Getting in to see the doctor can take a few weeks at least. Communication from staff need to be enhanced as it seems to be a bit assumptive at times. Would have been great to know that I was coming in for a scope not to mention that I had no idea the amount of discomfort I’d be in after the procedure. I really wish that this would have been explained to me. It took three days to get back to normal.
